Sponsorship Account Management

The main role of the Sponsorship Account team is to become the focal contact point
of all sponsors and to coordinate the sponsor deliverables with the operation team
and marketing team (delivery team). The Sponsorship Account team roles include:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all sponsor account management matters

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of sponsorship assets

Clearly communicate the progress of delivery to sponsors through weekly updates and detailed reports

Identify activation and sales opportunities for sponsors to take advantage of, through the assets and rights provided to them

Assist the challenging sponsor requests or issue escalations as needed
