The main role of the Sponsorship Account team is to become the focal contact point of all sponsors and to coordinate the sponsor deliverables with the operation team and marketing team (delivery team). The Sponsorship Account team roles include:
Review of all incoming sponsorship
requests and identify those that fit the
brand and its products/services
Negotiate the sponsorship agreement for
the benefit of the brand and the property.
To create a long lasting partnership that offers a higher return.
Management of the sponsorship
Overseeing all asset delivery. Developing
activation's based on the sponsorship assets
Identify opportunities based on the brands purpose, target audience, product category
and business objectives.
The release of sponsorship payment on
behalf of the brand for a faster process that
does not disrupt the sponsor and property
Measure and report on the outcomes of the
sponsorship to asses its success based on the
set objectives and goals of sponsoring the
